Return Policy & Instructions

We understand that things don't always work out! We accept returns that are postmarked within 14 days of when your order was shipped to you, as long as they meet our Return Conditions. Acceptable returns will be given store credit. Requests for refunds instead of store credit, will be accommodated less a 10% restock fee. Original shipping fees may not be refunded and you are responsible for return shipping fees.

*RETURN CONDITIONS-Returns must be received in new condition; unused, unworn, unwashed with the hygienic liner intact (where applicable). Items returned with obvious use, makeup, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains will be subject to refusal.

*All sale items and seasonal items are FINAL sale and can not be returned or refunded.

*Within 3 days of receiving your acceptable return, we will email you an electronic gift card with your store credit.
